Greaves Cotton, a company with a 150-year old legacy in manufacturing Farm, Mobility and Power solutions, were interested in a unique take for their Greaves Care service stations. We designed an engaging VR experience, giving the user a first-hand view of a typical Greaves Care service station across two different timelines. Donning the role of a Customer Care Executive, the user is guided towards servicing a three-wheeler in the present-day environment, in a realistic, detailed service workshop. Cut next to a futuristic service station, where we depict an automated battery charging/replacement facility, with memorable visual takeaways, not least a fully-functional, automatic robotic arm!
This experience was developed for the Client, specifically for the Auto Expo 2018 (India). Showcased at the Greaves Cotton stall, the VR narrative helped to highlight the brand’s future journey and focus. Designed primarily as Premium VR experience for the HTC Vive, a crisper 360-degree video was also created for consumption across digital channels and Mobile VR devices.
